Cruising is a fluid situation. One books under the terms and conditions, and conditions can change at any time. Isn't most peoples interest staying out of quarantine. Mine certainly is. If wearing a mask will help, no big deal.

Wonderful review, thank you very much for posting. We are not even planning a land tour to Alaska but enjoying the reports. We are going on our first cruise since covid in September. Last cruise was in October 2019. Husband has severe allergy to milk products, can't be lactose free, has to be dairy free. Interested to learn what your DW learns about that on this cruise. We were just on for 18 day Hawaii and had signature beverage package and prepaid gratuities and one special dinner and WIFI included. We also had 600 OBC. Anyhow we did only get 21 days. So did not get the credit for the SPB, or gratuities or cost of WIFI, as most of you know we do end up paying for those benefits as we pay higher cruise fare, we are just in essence prepaying those benefits. We did not get extra credit, has anyone else received extra credits when those items are all in a prepaid package.

Currently on Koninsdam. Just checked your cabin. You are two cabins away from end the the hall where it "jags to continue" quarentine cabins are six away on that next jag. Therefore you are eight cabins away firm quarantine. You can only access through midship or forward elevators to get to your cabin. I was also on for Hawaii April 10th to April 28th. We had over 300 people in quarantine with lots of other peoe not in quarantine but coughing. We were on deck five middle and they moved us mid cruise as they needed that wing for additional quarantine cabins they moved us to a Neptune. So I went back to work for a week Now now back on for May 7th to May 14th. Coughing now amongst many passengers starts day five. Most people not wearing masks. On captains toast night he suggested for the viability for the cruise lines survival to wear masks. Anyhow wear a mask. Peoe are even crowing in elevators 10 people no masks.
