We will be in a suite on Infinity. 1. From what I have read, we can order off of the Main Dining menu. Is that correct? 2. If we order off of the Main Dining menu, can we do it at dinner that night or do we need to order a day ahead of time? Thanks.

EB Hotel…..GREAT hotel that has a Cruise and Park package. It even includes ride to cruise port.

Our Move Up offer to a Sky Suite was accepted for our November Infinity cruise. This will be our first Celebrity cruise (do Oceania and Princess). I know we may not receive all Suite perks since we are not paying full Suite price. What perks will we receive as a Move Up to Sky Suite on our 8 night Infinity cruise? Thanks.

What is a great quiet, small, non chain hotel in Boston that is safe and great for walking? We are on a ship now in port and the planes are very loud. We are looking for one night prior to cruise. Thanks!

I am the one that started this topic and saw the President come on board. The workers are working as hard as they can. I feel bad for them. Other than toilet issues, there are other problems such as leaks into people’s cabins and in public areas, dining service inconsistencies and slowness, etc. It is sad for the hard working employees and paying customers.

After call to Guest Services, plumber came 6 hours later. He worked on the closet in hallway. It was fixed until the next day when it stopped flushing. He came within 20 mins of call. Things have worked well for a couple of days. There have been several plumbers seen daily on the Dolphin deck mid ship. We got a bottle of wine and chocolate strawberries for our inconvenience.

As I mentioned originally, I have spoken to Guest Services. The problems I am aware of are Deck 8 aft and Deck 9 midship. There are several cabins on Deck 9 with issues. I can not speak for what others flush but I can say we have not flushed anything incorrectly. This ship has had this issue for months.

We were on this ship in May and had toilet issues. We thought they would be fixed by Sept. We were wrong! We have had toilet issues every day. Today it will not flush and is almost overflowing. Guest Services has been called daily. My last call to Guest Service received this reply “We have no ETA. There are numerous cabins with this issue.” I don’t have a good feeling since this has happened in May and again now. Those of you that have had toilet issues for days on ships before, what refund did you receive? We have 7 more days here.

EB Hotel…very nice, park cars there. Park and Cruise package includes ride to cruise port. Check out reviews on Trip Advisor. I have stayed there several times and parked car there.

Thanks! It is confusing since sometimes a test is referred as a PCR and sometimes a NAAT. Am I correct to assume the rapid NAAT can be done like a PCR test which is within 72 hours?

Is a Rapid NAAT test accepted for cruises starting in Canada? It has been accepted for all of our others. Thanks.

I will answer my own question if anyone else needs the answer. I heard back from Oceania very quickly. Yes, the Walgreens Rapid NAAT is accepted.
