Does anyone know where the designated smoking areas are on Ventura please ??

I have just returned from a 21 night cruise on Arcadia. We had a great time, 8.30pm fixed dining on a table for 8 with lovely table mates and 2 superb waiters. I would like to see the empty photo gallery made into a coffee shop as Vivo is far too small.

I have travelled with Intercruises many times and the coaches have never been full. I also travel in 3 weeks !!!!

I was on Arcadia last August when it was my birthday. I did get a card from the Captain and a towel animal. No singing of Happy Birthday in the Dining room - thank goodness but I was presented with a small cake.x

If booking a Drink package on embarkation day using OBC does Loyalty discount not apply ??

I have just returned from a cruise on Arcadia where I bought some perfume using OBC and noticed that I have not received any Loyalty Discount (8.5%). Is this because I still had OBC available ??

I sail on 18th August and have just received an e mail to say that a lateral flow test is still required within 2 days of sailing but a Certificate is no longer necessary. I presume that I can just use the NHS tests then ???

In Marseille we got the shuttle to the old port and then rode on the little train ( 8 euros).

Still 12 weeks off my cruise on Arcadia to Norway and I notice that it is no longer selling cabins. Unless it is full perhaps ??? Does anyone have any info on this matter ??
