We did a partial Panama Canal transit on the Zuiderdam in 2013. I don't remember any particular insect problem. And bugs love me.

First I want to thank @JazzyV for including me on the care list and @StLouisCruisers and others for their good wishes. Problems continue and I finally went to urgent care. Had to collect some "samples" and will bring them back tomorrow. I'm scared it's C-Diff. It keeps coming and going. Prayers to all with medical and other issues. @smitty34877 DH especially today. I have been sick all week but have continued to test negative for Covid. All in my stomach. I have not caught up but know difficult things have been happening, so prayers to all who need them. My niece just sent this:

@marshhawk so sorry to hear of your Covid. A number of friends who have avoided Covid until now are down with it. I think even the most careful of us have loosened up and that’s why. No one has been too sick and hope your case is a mild one. Speaking of fraud - we got one of those grandchild in need calls last week. In an ornery mood, I played along for a while. When he said he needed money for some problem and could I do anything for him. I said I would pray for him. He said F——- You and hung up on me. To me, this is an especially heinous scam. We were in no danger as we don’t have grandchildren.

@1ANGELCAT so sad to hear about Fluff. @StLouisCruisers How scary! I agree with so many, please see your PCP as soon as possible. Prayers and healing for all who need them Joy to those with something to celebrate Friends of my parents had a piano that became a player piano with a switch. Once when we were visiting them, they asked me to play something for them. Their daughter, my age (around 11 or 12), threw the switch and locked the keyboard every time I tried to play. Ok with me, I hated to play for anyone except my own family.

Sand fleas love me as well, ignore DH. We are both A positive. Dermatologist said only a small number were bites. The rest were hives because I am allergic to the saliva.

Latest object shot down- octagonal with strings - sounds like an escaped kite. Didn’t we have kite day in the last few weeks?

I had a friend who went to a private school for high school. The called all the boys Master + Last name. His last name was Bates…….

We are in nyc. Missed the ball by less than a minute because DH wanted to watch end oh Georgia-Ohio State game!

I rarely post but read every day. You don’t know me but I feel I know many of you. You are a wonderful group. I enjoy the cruise info and postings. But most of all I love hearing about your daily lives, ups and downs, families and pets. I love seeing all the photos you post of the above. Thank you to @richwmnfor keeping this going, to @rafinmdfor the lists, to the food and beverage folks - regular and temporary. Thanks to all of you for making this a lovely place to visit. @Ichiban NekkoCat - I am so sorry to hear about this. Coincidentally, my sister told me about this. She, her DH, DS and DGD had Thanksgiving with you and your DH at mutual friends’ house.
