Any opinions on what I should do about my travel agent?

I didn't mean that the agent could get you a flight home if there are none flying but have a phone and computer and be able to look for possible hotels, etc.

. Our new agent offers a 10% incentive check for booking with her agency.....

We just found one major on-line as well as on-phone agency (cannot be named) that will willingly rebate 12% of the total price (including airfare but excluding port charges) of Silversea voyages for ticketing with them. So look around and call a few, you may get lucky and get a helpful (with experience) agent who is able (with size) and willing (with competition) to give maximum rebate.

Go with A or do more research.

 

If B is not helfpul right now when B is trying to win your business it will only get worse. Do not, I repeat do NOT go with B as you will find yourself in the same boat (no pun intended) as you are now.

 

Again, go with A or continue your search.
