Seating with Specialty Dining

I've made reservations for my husband and I to eat at Chops. Will we be seated with others. I wanted it to be special since we will be traveling with a large group of people, and I just wanted some "alone time" with my husband. Do we have to request two for dinner?

I have never seen them combine groups at the specialty restaurants. You should have a table for 2.

I have never seen a specialty restaurant seat you together with others, never. They reserve your table for the number you made the reseravation for. No worries!

It's private seating for your party only in the specialty restaurants.

It will be no different than making a reservation at a land restaurant. I think the only think I'd do differently the next time I eat in one of the specialty places is to ask for a window table.

 

If you want a private table just for the two of you, I think a window table, overlooking the ocean going by, would be just right.
