I have seen posting of two prong plug on the desk area and some that say three ( ground) on others. I want to bring someting to plug all my electrial junk into. This trip I will have a lot. Thanks for your assistance.There are two 3-prong outlets (110v) above the desk. There is also a special shaver-only outlet in the bathroom. However, do the newer 3 pin type US sockets, as shown in the photos above, allow you to use the older type 2 pin US plugs? captainron Posted September 30, 2009 #9 Share Posted September 30, 2009 Ijn answer to your last post...yes you can use a two prong North American style plug in the newer 3 hole plug in.
