Laura, a very good article by Cruise Critic. Those travelers who want a complete luxury package and don't want to put the pieces together on their own I am sure will consider this as a possible option for their travels.

I'm sure there's a market for this sort of thing. I'm surprised no one has thought of it before. Of course, most of the luxury lines will provide business class airfare plus pre and post cruise hotel stays themselves. It's just much cheaper to do it on one's own.
