Passport question

My daughter is getting married in July and then going on a cruise for a honeymoon. Is her passport ok? Does she get one with name change? What about the cruise itself? They are doing a cruise out of Spain.

I believe all reservations, including air and cruise, should be in her maiden name, so as to agree with her legal ID ... and when she returns, she can submit for replacement or corrected passport in her married name.

I agree with Camp637. I would keep all of this in her maiden name.

I would make all reservaions in her maiden name and not go thru the hassle of trying to get everything changed to her married name. The key is that everything (passport, air tickets and crusie tickets) must have the same name.

Definitely agree with the others. Maiden name must be used for all tickets to match passport. Get a new passport after the honeymoon.

She won't be able to get a married name passport until she has a valid marriage license. She won't have time to get a new passport.

Agree ^^^^^ Make all bookings and reservations in her maiden name so all her ID documents, including passport, match. She can get them reissued in her married name once she gets back.
