We leave on the 10th on the CB out of San Juan. We don't leave San Juan until 11PM, and I read on a review that the muster drill begins at 8PM. Isn't that when the late seating begins? How do they adjust for that? Do they delay the late seating?

Late Seating on CB is 8:15 PM. On Embarkation day to accommodate the Muster Drill, Late Seating is moved to 8:30 PM.

Also if you want to eat at one of the specialty restaurants, they will open after the drill. No early times on embarkation day for late sailaways.
