It depends on what you like .If you like steaks and meat dishes Sterlings is for you.

If you would prefer to be much more adventurous go to Sabatini's. I myself have only been to Sabatini's and loved it.:D

On the whole most seem to prefer Sabatini's over Sterling Steak house.

Even in Sabatini's you can pick out your choices you don't have to partake in all the dishes they provide.:)

my first cruise in August (Coral-Alaska), cannot WAIT to try Sabatini's. Is it very easy to get a reservation once you get on board? Just curious! thanks so much!! :D

Sabatini's deffinetely once or twice. After that however it becomes, imho, boring. We also actually like the Sterling Steakhouse (Diamond) much better than the Crown grill on either the Emerald or Ruby. CG was very dull and uninspiring. Food was just ok and in in the case of the leg of lamb, absolutely horrible.
