ChuckL Posted April 7, 2010 #16 Share Posted April 7, 2010 I'm wondering whether anyone has found information on July 2011 7 Night Caribbean sailings yet.
AtlantaCruiser72 Posted April 7, 2010 #17 Share Posted April 7, 2010 I'm wondering whether anyone has found information on July 2011 7 Night Caribbean sailings yet. Looking at the "Knowns" - All 4 Solstice Class ships in Europe, Connie in Europe and Summit in NYC doing Bermuda. That means Summer Caribbean (if they offer it) would be on Century, Mercury, Millie or Infinity. My bet is on the Century in the Caribbean. With Mercury, Infinity and Millie returning to Alaska. We'll know in the next few days for sure.

We'll know in the next few days for sure. I've already posted Infinity in Alaska, so we are down to just Millie, Century, and Mercury. I think the are still trying to determine between Century going to AK. I think they were planning on CN, but with the reduction in the per person tax, X might be thinking of switching ships. At the same time, it would be easier to send Century to OZ if she's already doing AK cruises. So that could put MR there. The again, MR and CN could be joining IN leaving ML in the Caribbean. After all, ML does end the summer my moving to Miami. Is it from the west coast or does she move from San Juan to Miami to start the summer

AtlantaCruiser72 Posted April 7, 2010 #20 Share Posted April 7, 2010 Chessbriar and others have been posting itinerary info as they have been finding it. Mostly froma UK based website. The US Celebrity website does not have any of this yet, except for the Eclipse and Summit. I have doubts about Century going to Alaska. Without an indoor pool option she will be at a serious competetive disadvantage to other ships in the market. She could summer in the Caribbean, offer a fall Panama Canal Westbound, then Hawaii then off to OZ. Of course if Mercury leaves the fleet........... Rare hcat Posted April 7, 2010 #23 Share Posted April 7, 2010 Thanks for these Rick! Looks like we won't have to fly to our November cruise any more! How do you like crusing in Nov? Is it at all rainy in the Carib that time of yr? We were thinking of Dec or Jan but not sure abt the weather or seas heading south...so maybe Nov is a better choice.. we also want an itin that maximizes times in ports..Glad we have a bit of time to decide before these are offered on the US Website-- Does anyone know when???
