Usually very good...Check with the MDR as soon as you get onboard..Your seapass card will have your table # on it..Hope you get whatever will work out best for you..Enjoy your cruise !!!

It may depend on how soon your cruise is due to sail, which ship you are sailing on, or how long the wait list is. As others have advised,if you haven't cleared the wait list by the date you are due to sail, go to see the Maitre'd as soon after you board and he may be able to assist you. Failing that you might want to sign up for My Time Dining, and make reservations for the same time as early seating for each evening. You could also decide to dine at a different time each evening according to your personal schedule or choose a convenient time that doesn't exactly coincide with either seating. MTD will give you great flexibility and our experiences with it have been extremely satisfactory.:)

If you are D or D+, keep calling C&A, they will clear you. Also, if you are traveling with others who are already confirmed, keep calling. You will eventually get one rep that will have a heart!!

It depends on your sailing, but generally enough people choose not to use the MDR that you can get into the seating you want. As others have said, speak to the maitre'd if you don't end up in early seating by the time you board. Worst case is generally that he wouldn't have something for you the first night, but should after that ....

You'll almost always get the slot you want...if not on the 1st night, by the 2nd at least.
