7166 ... JS on Enchantment

Many posts before our trip said you could hear loud music from the club below. We really could only hear it one night when we went to bed early ( around 12 ) and the boom boom of the bass is what we could hear. I put the TV on laid down and the music stopped around 12:30. Other nights we could barely hear it or we came in too late from the Casino and they had already stopped. The balcony was awesome....!! Two Chaise chairs, three regular chairs and nice sized table with room to spare. The closet was hug. It was actually big enough for my DW clothes AND mine....:p The bathroom was nice but they have to something about the shower curtain. Its too short and if you turn and bump it, youll be getting water on the floor. I say just make the shower curtain like 4 inches longer to play it safe. The cabin overall was nice, but not quite as big as I though a JS would be. We had a nice flatscreen TV. We were on the Repo on April 11th.

Yeah, Enchantment, being an older ship, has some smaller cabins, even the JS's are smaller than normal!

We on the repo as well, in the other deck 7 corner aft, #7666. Last April in that cabin we never heard the music, but always returned after midnight. We had a couple of earlier nights on this one, and did hear it, but it never lasted long, and it was never so loud that we couldn't sleep. And still love that corner aft, with the huge closet!

We're about to find out. We have cabin 7668, sailing 5/20. I can't imagine it will be too bad and have ear plugs just in case. Love afts!!
