How Bad is the obstruction?

The obstruction is the criss-crossing sturctural beams across the back. You get used to it. And you get that great wake view. There are pictures posted somewhere, and someone will probably post a link.

The lower down on the decks the more noticeable the obstruction. We have had J.S. 1394 twice on the Explorer and we loved it. Don't worry about the obstruction. You will love the aft.

Princessscuba---Are the pictures of 9692 on the AOS or Voyager Class??

Those are Bonnie Voyager's photos of Voyager of the Seas. We've been in 9692 and 8692 and it made little difference to us. Didn't even notice it after a while.

 

And if you can get a deck 10 room they disappear, this is 1388

We had 7692 on the Voyager in March. It was fabulous. Very large and great view. We booked a JS aft balcony again for next March.
