New Traditional Dining Times

Just received from the Captains Circle e-mail:

" As part of Princess Cruises' continuing commitment to service, we're pleased to announce the addition of a third Traditional Dining seating time on most voyages. The new seating time is in response to the high demand received for the popular Traditional Dining option, and as the Consummate Host®, we're happy to accommodate our passengers.

The new seating time will be in a separate dining room at either 5:15 pm or 5:30 pm depending on the voyage. The only voyages not offering the third seating will be on our small ships, or those sailing in Australia. "

Question is does anyone know if this affects the First and Late Seating on the Alaska Cruises this summer? We are booked on the Sea Princess, August 20th and have Late Seating confirmed.

I took small ships to mean the "R" ships.

We are on the Sea princess in 2 weeks and have been notified by our TA that we can change to this option.

However we have booked Anytime Dining - although from all the reports that may well turn out to be a mistake. :)

What ever I am sure we will still have a fab holiday.

I had no problems and liked Anytime Dining on Sea Princess.

It should not affect the traditional seating times. Your cruise personalizer now should show you what time your late seating is scheduled.
