cruzobsessed Posted July 18, 2010 #1 Share Posted July 18, 2010 got to ARUBA BEACH CAFE at 3:00 and got seated immediately. this place is ON THE BEACH. there were 4 of us and the bill was only $81.00 and the food was spectacular as was the view. we had 2 coronas....2 sodas......2 crab cake snadwiches and 2 amazing louie salads (fresh seafood). awesome!!!!! highly recommend:) then we went to LAGO MAR. this is a hotel a bit further south on A1A and valet parked the car. we walked over to their beach....walked to the right and sure enough there she was......THE OASIS!!!! omg could never had imagined her.....great day:D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

cruzobsessed Posted July 18, 2010 Author #4 Share Posted July 18, 2010 keith...good question...we continued south on A1A (which for those who have not driven this......OMG...but you should start further north) and drove into SUNNY ISLES (the old north miami) and drove around aventura. great mall there and very scenic:) reklawr.....we came to florida with a list of places we wanted to try... some from cc and others from tripadvisor and others from "googling" "places to eat on the water....ft lauderdale area. you'd be surprised at the size of my list.:) so glad we went to aruba tho.... really great. the menu is not extenisive (you can see it online) the prices are (average) 15.00 pp. they also have a sunday brunch. i think we were seated quickly because this IS NOT THE SEASON. i would imagine that between december and march...this is not the case.
