Tolls from FLL to Key West

Maybe a silly question, but does anyone know how much the tolls are between FLL & Key West? Just want to see if it's worth bringing my transponder:rolleyes:

I don't think it's more than $5 or $6. But I haven't driven it since this past January, so that's unless it's gone up.

I am sure the Fl DOT has a website that shows you where the tolls are, and what ones have the transponder option.

Iv done it via I95 and then turn into the Keys. .. I lived in in Boca. I guess it wouldnt have occured to me to get on the tollroad locally. (and Iv driven down more than once)

This is the website I use to figure out how much money to put on my Sunpass for a trip. Definitely take the turnpike. It will save you a whole hour in time! The traffic on US1 between the end of I95 and the beginning of the keys (FL city) is stop & go all day and it feels like forever to get through it. The turnpike will bipass it.
