1. 2 ties - place in suit pocket; just in case 1 gets ruined.

2. beach hat - no fun getting sunburned up there

3. weatherproof watch - just so you know what time it is on the beach

4. back pack - great to throw your stuff into for the day

5. compact ponchos - rain can be cold even in Bermuda

6. aloe vera - for the sunburn

7. wrist bands and/or bonine and/or ginger pills - if you are prone to motion sickness; sometimes the Bermuda run can get interesting especially on the way back

8 other basic medical stuff - asperins, pain relievers etc these all cost a bundle on the ship and who wants to waste time looking for them on land

9. photo equipment - yes people do forget.

I try to cut down on my packing by trying to take only 2 slacks that can be worn with 2 or 3 shirts giving me several outfits in combination. You can also use drycleaning service onboard to lighten your load.

I also go commando for sleeping - 1 less thing.

Have a great time in Beautiful Bermuda.

Gee, and they say women pack a lot! For a week, you could probably take fewer pairs of pants or shorts. For our trip, I think DH took one pair of casual pants, plus wore one pair on embarkation day. He only wore the long pants for dinner after that. I think he took 4 pairs of shorts. He didn't take nearly as many shirts as you list, and still had one or two unworn at the end. To save on clothes for "resort casual" nights (or whatever they call it), he wore a "fresh" golf shirt to dinner, and then that became his daytime shirt for the next day. For formal night, he took the tux. Tux or suit takes up about the same amount of room. Tuxes were definitely in the minority, but he likes wearing his. I'm not saying you're taking too much, I'm just letting the OP know that it's possible to manage with less.

It gets hot in Bermuda, so you'll likely want to wear shorts onport. If you're wearing shorts in Bermuda, remember that you're not supposed to be in short-shorts, like jogging shorts. When in Bermuda, wear Bermuda shorts.

Nordic Prince added a good list of "details" that are easy to forget.
