Alaska here we come/thanks everyone

We leave Sunday for our tourcruise, Fairbanks to Whittier and then Vancouver. I am sooo excited, first time Alaska, first time cruise. I have faithfully read cc and want to thank everyone for their advice and input into everyones questions, I read and hopefully planned accordingly, not taking everyones advice, but taking it into consideration and if it doesnt work out, well we are still going to enjoy ourselves and have the time of our lives. Ive got clothes for rainy days and who cares, its only moisture, Im from Scotland, what else is there to say. it rains. The cases are packed, the passport,camera, binoculars all ready.batteries charged and all the wires ect packed. Ive got to work until Saturday and its killing me, I want to go now.

Have a wonderful time! I think you will find that there are places in Alaska that will remind you of Scotland and the other way around. Scotland is tidier!
