My family will sail Holland American's ms Zuiderdam in Dec and will visit Half Moon Cay. I tried to get some information about it. I looked the topic about HMC. People mentioned it is Canival's private island. Is it the same island?

It is. HAL is owned by Carnival Corp. And Carnival Cruise Line uses HAL's private island.

HAL surpasses CCL in every aspect of cruising. Food, Service, Entertainment and Accommodations.

HMC was known as Little San Salvador before it was purchased by HAL in 1997.

 

Search the web using that, and you might find more info.

Same island....different prices, tho. Things are cheaper on HMC when you sail on Carnival, rather than HAL!
