What time do they open? Close? We like to order coffee and maybe fruit/yogurt from room service and then hit the gym. After we get cleaned up, we enjoy the main dining room for breakfast.

Different ships have different times, but generally you can enter the dining room between 7:30a and 9:00a or 9:30a. Sometimes 7:00a and 9:00a. There is usually quite a line to get in just before closing time, but if you are in line before that time, they won't turn you away. Fitness centers usually open at 7:00a.

You will find a card in your room listing all of the Dinning & bar hours. On Princess they are the same every day, in port or at sea.

On the Sapphire last month, the breakfast hours were 7 to 9 a.m. If you're really slow about your morning, they also offered a late riser breakfast item on the lunch menu in the main dining room. Lunch was noon to 1:30 p.m.
