Pam in CA Posted October 1, 2010 #2 Share Posted October 1, 2010 I emailed my paperwork to Liza McDaniel today and received this message. Please note effective immediately all future shareholder benefit applications please send documentation to fax number 661 753 0151 or email address shareholderbenefit@princesscruises.com for processing. Thanks for the reminder. This changed several months ago and there was speculation on the boards then whether Liza had left.
MrsFops&FopsC5 Posted October 1, 2010 #3 Share Posted October 1, 2010 Liza was there last week when she responded to my e-mail. I inadverently e-mailed her directly and she kindly responded to use the new e-mail address.

travelerpair Posted October 1, 2010 #5 Share Posted October 1, 2010 What are the benefits? Maybe we should consider perchase of shares. Any information would help. Thank You
paul929207 Posted October 1, 2010 #6 Share Posted October 1, 2010 If you own 100 shares of Carnival Corporation stock, you get an OBC on any cruise on any of the lines they own. Amount is $50 to $250 depending on the length of the cruise. Hulagirl Posted October 1, 2010 #8 Share Posted October 1, 2010 Thank you for posting this. I remember that the phone number had changed, but had forgotten to change it on my FAX page. It is now done and I appreciate your reminding us about this.
nho9504 Posted October 2, 2010 #9 Share Posted October 2, 2010 Hopefully, she's moved on to bigger and better things. Actually she remains on her old job. The changes were from Carnival's annual meeting. I inadvertently sent my request to her 10 days ago and she kindly called me back to tell me the new address. She told me to read the annual report. :o My gut feeling is, they want to separate the shareholder benefit requests from other business emails, and have a dedicated email account to take in all the requests - would be easier to process as well as provides a better audit trail. Infi Posted October 2, 2010 #11 Share Posted October 2, 2010 Thank you for the reminder. We recently passed final payment for our upcoming cruise and will need to send in the shareholder info soon, so the heads up is appreciated.
Katie333 Posted October 2, 2010 #12 Share Posted October 2, 2010 We use this at my workplace as well, especially for customer communication. A generic email is much easier to manage than someone specific's name. For now, it's still Liza and still just as fast as emailing her directly.
