I just looked at my reservation and my obc is not listed there.

 

 

None of ours are listed either, possibly because we booked with a TA and not directly with NCL. Although, some of the OBC are coming from NCL and others are coming from the TA...:confused:

I was surprised it was there...listed in bold letters right under the pricing summary. We booked directly with NCL...not sure if that makes a difference.

Since we used a TA there is no pricing summary listed for us....:(

 

I'm glad to see NCL has done some improvements with the website. :)

I just checked my ressie and it shows our on board cedit now. We booked thru NCL.

i booked with NCL have made final payment already and can not find it anywhere :confused: i have paid $1000 OBC and $2500 casino credit. i do have printed copys of amenity confirmations, so im not too worried, any help on how i can find this on web site will be great. thank you

There may be a difference between OBC given through a special booking promotion and that which is pre-paid through the Bon Voyage gifts.

My OBC received from NCL at time of booking does appear,the OBC I cashed in thru World Points does not.I'm not worried because I also have an amenity page with all OBC listed.

It seems NCL is trying to improve their website contrary to another thread started about how bad the website is.:o

I just checked and I see mine also but only the one received for the early booking for the suite. I too booked through NCL and my DH recevied some OBC for his birthday but they show only on the ammenity list I requested.

I am glad the show this now as it only showed up on the orignal ressie.:)

Just logged in on NCL.com to see my reservation and I noticed there is now a posting of my OBC for my cruise. I've never seen this before. It sure makes it easier to keep track of :)

 

I just checked mine and it is listed there as well. It's not a large OBC, but every little bit helps!

I booked my cruise through NCL.com, and it does not show my onboard credit. For our wedding, we asked everyone just to contribute cash to our account. I don't remember the total (around $600), but I know it is there, as my wife calls NCL about once a month to check our balance. I want my OBC balance to show!!! What gives??

Another new feature I just found...

I did a phantom booking for a new cruise on NCL.com and when I get to the choose my room page and click on the pricing, it also shows the OBC credit that is being promoted right now.

I find this great to know :)

Yes!

I noticed that last night also!

Funny how they choose what to add when they make "updates"!

Always good to know when an OBC is available!
