There were no shows in the main theater ... the comedy was in DeGras or however it is spelled. I was so dissapointed that the comedy means no theater shows that night.

Maybe those three nights, was weather related, why no shows, but I consider it a HUGE cut back. Carnival saving money at work.

Cruising with the crazies, best ever ... shows, thumbs down. I want shows in the theater.

On the last CONQUEST cruise, they had the lead CONQUEST singer do a short show with the band after BINGO after early dining. Not a big show or anything... But about 30 minutes of signing and fun.

They did this with the Point & Click show on Wednesday as the seas were too rough for the dancers.

Yes, this was one of the 4 shows I did see. Welcome back, one musical, Legends and the abbreviated singing show (no dancers, musical highlights they called it).

3 nights no shows in the theater, but G says I might have missed one in the reprinting of the capers. Nothing was scheduled on the version of fun times I had for 3 nights, just comedians.

It's hurricane season...you just never know.

We turned our lemons into lemonade and had a great time with family and friends. We weren't at work; we had great staff there at our beck and call...it was wonderful! :)

Very well said!!!:) Any vacation is better than being at work!!!!

The juggler was Friday night. There was a movie Saturday night to take the place on the magician who could not make it on board.

I remember seas that rough... the dancers started a show, but they tailored down their dance... after a few falls, and their next song was very basic moves with continued singing!!!

... and I can remember some misses from the juggler that were caused by ship's motion...

But the cruise truly sounds wonderful!!!

Were there days when the outside decks were closed? This Feb, on the CONQUEST, they closed the outside doors one day, because of winds and the seas. We didn't have a balcony and I was frustrated I couldn't get put to feel the wind and spray!!!

The only deck open to the air was the Lido -- and that's just because they could rope off the stair and lock the doors that would lead to the outside decks!!! SO ... it was more a open patio than a deck...

I saw the juggler a few times. He does pretty could dealing with the ship's mention, especially catching the cue ball in his mouth.

I think I have a photo of the juggler doing just that!!!

It's amazing how he compensates for the motion!!!! If I can find it, I'll post it!!!

I am so hooked on these reviews! After reading so much about Nachi Cocom I had to find out what it was. Couldn't find it under the Carnival Shore excursions so my friend google found it for me. Sound perfect. Since I will be there in just five weeks, don't know if there will be any availability. Just sent of my request. But I am wondering about transportation.. How much? How to arrange? There will be 4 or 5 adults (not sure my 83 year old father will go for it) and one 9 year old.

I love the idea of all food and drink included. And I'd love to try snorkeling with my 9 year old nephew and with rentals available it seems like a good place to try.

Thanks for all the GREAT information you guys include in the review. This will be my 5th cruise (2nd with carnival) but I feel like I've learned so much since joining these boards!

Oh and would it be wrong for me to say.. I wouldn't mind missing a port or two if it meant a nice break on my next one. I just love being on the ship, the food, the casino.. I don't care where we go!

The posted cab fare from Carnival's pier to Nachi Cocum is $15 for 1-4pp.

Some in our group did the snokeling and said it was great.
