camper49 Posted October 5, 2010 #1 Share Posted October 5, 2010 Just wondering if the carnival dinner menus still offer the alternatives and if so are they still the same?
elcuchio24 Posted October 5, 2010 #2 Share Posted October 5, 2010 Still the same as............? They have stayed similar in the past couple years, but not sure the last time you sailed. There usually salmon/mahi, flat iron, chix, something else.

marshhawk Posted October 6, 2010 #15 Share Posted October 6, 2010 I've never had french fries in the MDR. Are they the same as the ones on the Lido? Any pictures? I don't have a picture of the fries in the MDR, but they were soooooo good I rordered them every night. I thought that if they brought the fries, they would leave off the other starch, but no, so I got fries and mashed. Skipped the mashed and ate the fries. I mean they were GREAT! :D
marshhawk Posted October 6, 2010 #16 Share Posted October 6, 2010 Sounds disgusting. Why would one order one? I've ordered it three times, the first time, there was a hunk of grissle(fat) in the middle, but I have had it at other restaurants, so I ordered it a second time thinking that my first time on Carnival was a fluke, and it was the second evening I ordered it, it was great, a resemblance of a london broil(if cooked correctly). The third time, well we went back to the first time, big old hunk of fat in the middle. Sometimes you win, and sometimes you lose.:o
