2nutz4travel Posted October 26, 2010 #1 Share Posted October 26, 2010 Okay - so we are on the Voyager in 13 days:) - we are planning on buying the wine package. We also plan to avoid the Windjammer and have breakfast in the MDR whenever possible. Is it possible to get a bottle of champagne (for Mimosas) from our wine package in the MDR at breakfast? Do they charge extra for real orange juice?? Thanks! galavant3 Posted October 26, 2010 #2 Share Posted October 26, 2010 Yes, they do charge extra for freshly squeezed orange juice. We've never tried to access our wine package at breakfast so I can't address that question. My best guess would be that you could. Lovely idea by the way. Just a thought: Are you going to drink the whole bottle at breakfast? Sparkling wines are not really meant to be corked and opened again later. Chester & Brewster Posted October 26, 2010 #5 Share Posted October 26, 2010 If you can't get a bottle at breakfast then just order an un-opened bottle as you leave dinner the night before. Keep it in your ice bucket in your room overnight & take to breakfast with you.
cb at sea Posted October 26, 2010 #6 Share Posted October 26, 2010 They will gladly sell you a bottle at breakfast, I'm quite sure. If not a bottle, then the Mimosas themselves!

It might make more sense to just order a mimosa and save the bottle for another time.
redfire349 Posted October 27, 2010 #8 Share Posted October 27, 2010 I usually order champagne and strawberries from gifts and gear delivered to my room for arrival. We have a glass to toast the good times to be had in the next week then the rest is made into mimosas each morning . We have coffee and orange juice delivered each morning from room service. Its a perfect way to start each day on your vacation.
