7 Mile Beach with Toddler

We will be in the Grand Caymans on the 14th of December and will be traveling with a 2.5 year old. We plan to head to either Sea Grape Beach or Royal Palms for a few hours. I was wondering if there are any sand and water toys available for use or if we have to bring our own? Also, is there a playground or something that a toddler could amuse themselves on, in addition to the sand and water?

There is a playground a few 100 feet from Sea Grape Beach. You will need to bring your own sand toys.

Nothing like that at Royal Palms. Though my kids just used our empty plastic soda cups and some sticks and played for hours, lol.

We brought a couple of plastic cups from the ship and returned them. Also put a couple of boxes of cereal in my bag I take to port incase the little ones get hungry.

Return the cups? Next time at least throw them away.

There's no charge for Royal Palms. You have to buy lunch to use the pool, and rent beach chairs and/or umbrellas if you want them, but there's no admission fee.
