Port Canaveral

Orlando (MCO) is the closest major airport. It is a straight shot out a toll road, about 45 minutes. You can rent a car or take a shuttle.

Other choices are Daytona Beach, Melbourne, or Sanford.

Honestly, I'd rather fly into Orlando and sail from Port Canaveral than have to deal with the traffic in other cities! It is a super convenient port.

Orlando (MCO) is closest major airport. Depending on your itenerary you might want to check out transportation to/from airport and the port with this company http://www.aroundtheclockusa.com/1601300.html

We are leaving out of Port Canaveral and crusing with our large family so it works for us. It really depends on the size of your group as to whether this might be a good deal for transportation.
