We had a fine cruise on Insignia this past summer, left England and went up and over Norway and back down to Denmark. Not many men wore jackets in any restaurants. They are never required. Men with jackets don't look out of place, but men wearing nice country club-style shirts looked just fine. The weather was somewhat chilly at times, and actually there were a couple nights a jacket would have felt good. John.
