pe4all Posted March 30, 2011 #2 Share Posted March 30, 2011 Call up Carnival. Can do it right over the phone. We do it all the time to lower our sail and sign bill at the end. Have your booking # and pin # ready. Make sure they e-mail you a confirmation.
javamom Posted April 13, 2011 Author #3 Share Posted April 13, 2011 I have another question about this. If you prepay gratuities, is there just an OBC on your sign and sail card or do the tips just not show up at all? TIA
serene56 Posted April 13, 2011 #4 Share Posted April 13, 2011 One one cruise it showed on the tv as a plus and minus but our recent cruise it never showed at all. We did talk to the steward who stated they are told who prepaid. If you have an agent- you need to prepay using the agent.
ratherbcrzn75 Posted April 13, 2011 #5 Share Posted April 13, 2011 I have another question about this. If you prepay gratuities, is there just an OBC on your sign and sail card or do the tips just not show up at all? TIA We used a travel agent and they just included it in our total for the price of the cruise/airfare etc. It never showed up on our S&S account anywhere so I am assuming they know in advance that you prepaid. We still ended up tipping more anyway and we just did this with cash in an envelope.
