Fireworks July 4th?

Last year we were on a plane on July 4th (coming back from the Legend) and didn't see fireworks. Never heard the end of it from my kids.

 

We are on the Freedom (Cozumel on July 4th). Are I there any fireworks or celebration for July 4th? Already bought glow sticks and beads from the Dollar Store but my kids want to see fireworks if possible.

you have to sail with the Mouse (DCL) to get fireworks. And DCL has fireworks on EVERY cruise :D Expect Europe and Alaska

No, sorry. The ship really doesn't do much for 4th of July. They may sing a more patriotic song at dinner, but that's about it.

Sorry, no fireworks. But at least with Carnival you ar on a RED, White & Blue ship.

Disney does a wonderful job with the Priate Deck Party and Fireworks!

I read on here a while back that someone brought their own and shot them off the back of the lido deck. Nothing major, some bottle rockets, roman candles, and Black Cats...You should try that..

I seriously doubt fireworks are allowed onboard, being an explosive and all.

are you serious? If so it's scary you would seriously recommend someone to bring fireworks onboard and set them off.
