PacificJack Posted May 30, 2011 #1 Share Posted May 30, 2011 This video shows Cabin 8120 and provides an orientation to casual dining on deck 11 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=11S9utAHizE. The orientation is needed since the restaurant is vast and the layout is confusing. It took us a couple of days to find the food we liked. If you watch the video ahead of time it will save you the quest for food. The food itself is great. The service is great. For those who skip formal night because you're on vacation and don't want to dress, the formal night food in Islands is not as top rank as that in the dining room. Since there are two levels in the dining room, it's hard to understand why there can't be formal dining in one for those of the Penguin class and business casual dining in the other for those who view cruising as a time away from formality and pretense. Rare cruisestitch Posted May 30, 2011 #4 Share Posted May 30, 2011 There are lines which have no formal dining. You might want to check into them.

Cy'all@C Posted May 30, 2011 #6 Share Posted May 30, 2011 Thanks Pacific Jack for posting your vid. We loved Century in 2001 and she looks even better now with the cabin improvements. Hoping to cruise to Hawaii in 2012 on her! Thanks again for sharing. Trudy
