petesweet Posted June 23, 2011 #1 Share Posted June 23, 2011 What about fast food places in the parks? Trying to figure how much cash to carry. Thanks. Kathy
JohninDC Posted June 23, 2011 #2 Share Posted June 23, 2011 You can use plastic for just about everything in the park. Stores and restaurants and fast food for sure - street vendors selling ice cream and such, maybe. Good luck! :)
ducklite Posted June 23, 2011 #3 Share Posted June 23, 2011 I'd plan on $50-100 or so in cash, the rest can go on your credit card. You'll find that sometimes it's a lot faster and more convenient to use cash for small purchases. All of the counter service restaurants take credit cards, as do all of the actual shops and most of the carts and vending machines--although sometimes the carts have problems processing cards, particularly in Epcot for some reason. CasinoQueen22 Posted July 1, 2011 #4 Share Posted July 1, 2011 Yes you can use a credit card to park and for the food outlets. And the prices will shock you ...they are high.

ducklite Posted July 2, 2011 #6 Share Posted July 2, 2011 and there are ATMs in all of the parks Yes, I want to think they are Chase. Beware that the use fee is up there. You'll also find one in the lobby of each Disney resort as well as downtown Disney.
