Poll...How many pounds do you pack on during a cruise?

I eat a lot, but dont gain weight and dont exercise. No appropriate poll option

I will usually let myself go one of the nights, and eat more than I normally would....I also spend 45-60 minutes each day in the gym, usually around 3pm to make sure I'm getting more exercise than I would at home, too....

I usually stay about the same now.....

Wasn't always the case, tho....LOL!

Obviously eat way more than we do at home, but we usually run on the track most mornings and go to the gym every other morning.

On our first cruise I stayed about the same, but since then I have gained a little on each one. I would go with the 4 - 7 lbs.

I think the least I gained was 3 ..it's normally about 5 ..lol

I gained 4 pounds on our cruise in May but lost it in three weeks. I brought a bathroom scale with us to keep one foot in reality. It helped.

First cruise I was caught off guard and gained 5 lbs. DH gained more, though. Next cruise there is a better plan. Eat what we want, walk more, take the stairs more and use the gym in the early am. Then we have a week at Disney World planned right after, and I usually lose around 10 lbs. there with all the walking and long days. So, hopefully I will come out ahead next time. ;)
