so would a spread sheet count the 10 weeks for me? If I put in a date, would it automatically show me what the date is 10 weeks hence? My trickiest part is finding a succeeding year calendar when I have to start counting Oct-Dec rotations!

Would one of these help 5 Year Calendar Diary We've found that this is very useful in keeping things organized.

it might be helpful to count the 10 weeks by using the ship calender available under http://www.cruisecal.com. With this tool you can also verify when the ship is at her homeport as Captains in most cases sign off at the end of a cruise. For ships that do not do always the same 7 or 3/4 day cruises it often comes out to 10 weeks plus/minus a few days. Cruisecal provides all published past and future ship and port schedules.

Apologies if this has been advised, but we were on Oasis on a B2b in december and captain Patrik advised that he will be the Captain of Quantum - sorry he didn't advise of the date that he is leaving Oasis though!

Probably my fault when I was adding in the initial set of data to the sheet before I sent it to Wolfcathorse. Should be very easy for her to correct.

The spreadsheet looks good, and I'm glad it is easier for Karen. One small correction on Legend, Captain Hansen went home on 11/27/13 (we were on that cruise).
