rsail203 Posted July 11, 2011 #1 Share Posted July 11, 2011 Does anyone have any pro or con info about these cabins? Are the balconies larger or smaller than other E1 cabins? Rich
cb at sea Posted July 11, 2011 #2 Share Posted July 11, 2011 The balcony will be deeper than a side balcony, but no wider. On Voyager class ships, there is some "superstructure" to look past on the aft balconies...you won't be able to look straight down to the water...but that's really not a big deal! serene56 Posted July 15, 2011 #5 Share Posted July 15, 2011 your view down will be of a crew deck- not water. there is a steel structure that you need to be aware of so its not a surprised when you board. here are Bonnie VGOyagers photos- will be the same on Explorer as the Voyager and other ships in the class. http://travel.webshots.com/album/48328219CtbGLi
gm217 Posted July 17, 2011 #6 Share Posted July 17, 2011 We had this cabin a few years ago and it was very spacious. You could have aparty of 10 people and still have plenty of room. If I had the chance I would go for it.
