Privee Part Deux?

I have no idea if it our experience is/was representative. During our 12 day trip in March I believe Privee had two bookings in addition to ours.

 

Oceania is too discreet to confirm this, but I suspect that the customization of the Privée menu began taking up too much of the Executive Chefs time.

 

As you say, with the lower tariff the room will see more use, so perhaps that will be another benefit to the new policy.

 

It is unfortunate that the original concept didn't fly. It was an amazing experience.

That seems like a bagain compared to what we shelled out for the tasting menu and wine pairing at Le Jules Verne in the Eiffel Tower in June:eek: But it was my DW's birthday and so was worth it. Ah, Paris at sunset from 400ft up...

 

Do folks on the CC rollcalls often setup CC dinners in Privee?
