Norwegian Sun Hairdryers

Hi all. Does anyone know if they improved the hair dryers on the Sun with their recent upgrades?:confused:

I thought the old (same old) ones were fine. I have long thick hair and I managed quite well. Just did a damp dry and it dried quickly enough when walking the hallway to one end of the ship or the other. ;)

Don't think so. The hair dryers are wall mounted in the bathroom with a hose - if you use hair dryer to style your hair, then you need to bring your own.

 

I hated it and I bought a hand-held one at the first port of call!

We were in an midship inside this past June and we had the Kronus dryer, i.e. wall attached with the long hose. Worked fine for me.

That's what I was talking about.

 

It may be fine for some people but you can't style your med/short hair with it.

We were on the Sun in January and the one thing I remember I didn't like was the hairdryer. Thinking of going on the Sun again but will bring a travel hair dryer. Otherwise, we really enjoyed it; enough to go on it again. Have fun!
