Saint John, New Brunswick and Halifax

Does anyone know if there are tour guides/tour options at the pier in either of these ports? I haven't had time to plan much for my upcoming trip (later this week) --- and now I'm hoping to just pick up a tour on the pier. I'm hoping to find it is something like the Caribbean with vendors and tour guides hanging out at the pier. Thanks!

yes there are. you could also try your roll call for your trip and see if anyone is still looking for tour shares.

Also, in Saint John, the city offers this tour. A lot of people go on it. You just pay the driver and get on. Don't wait till the last minute to get in line or you will have to wait for the next bus. The pier has lots of greeters, who will be glad to direct you to the General Store, where the tour starts.
