The obstructions are usually lifeboats or the window washing equipment...Can't tell for sure unless you have a specific cabin number...

All the S-class ships have the same layout, so you should be able to find the cabin you're looking for. As you were advised earlier, check the sticky at the top of the page for info about a specific cabin.
