Do they have children's menus in the MDR?

Yes, there is a children's menu. Spaghetti, chicken fingers, hot dogs, hamburger. There is also a section on the main menu of "always available" foods - grilled (plain) chicken, steak and salmon as well as an absolutely delicios fettucine alfredo. The alfredo can be orfered in an appetizer size likely perfect for a little guy. You (and he) will be fine!

After 15 years of cruising with teens & adults, we are taking a cruise with our 2 1/2yr old grandson. He will eat just about anything put in front of him but I was wondering if there is a child menu. He may not like escargot & frog legs LOL

Yes there is, and I occasionally order from it too. Spaghetti and meatballs is my choice. :)
