bazzaw Posted September 26, 2011 #2 Share Posted September 26, 2011 Haven't been on her for quite a while - but I think that her Dome is far more impressive than any other similar Dome/Crowsnest that I have seen (Oriana, Arcadia, Pac Pearl) . I also like her Bengal bar. Barry

subaru94 Posted September 27, 2011 #4 Share Posted September 27, 2011 I like the spas at the back of the ship, nothing like a cocktail and watching the islands dissapear and the sunset, also liked the Dome Lounge area, ship had a nice feel to it. thied Posted September 27, 2011 Author #5 Share Posted September 27, 2011 We do like the Pacific Dawn as we have been on her many times, and as subaru94 said the spa's out the back are a very nice place to spend an after noon at.

JindaleeJan Posted October 1, 2011 #11 Share Posted October 1, 2011 We did a cocktail-making class which was just great - a laugh a minute and we got to make (and drink) four different cocktails following Jorje's instructions. $25 per person seemed like a really good deal. Also enjoyed La Luna Asian restaurant and Salt Grill was superb - highly recommend paying the extra $40 for a special dining experience. The Marriage Match game was hilarious and Paul, the Cruise Director, did an excellent job at all times and in all his different guises.

qld cruiser Posted October 2, 2011 #13 Share Posted October 2, 2011 I fell in love with Pacific Dawn, when she was still Regal Princess. cruised Alaska/Canada in 1998, since then many more as Pacific Dawn. (going on my 5th this year, in november.) The dome is a great area to veg out, play trivia, learn to dance etc. favourite place is Charlies for my daily cup of Latte. My favourite P&O ship however.. is/was Pacific Sky...I miss her heaps. kind regards, Lorraine:):)
