STA doesn't have their own insurance. They've just put their name on a plan administered by CSA. CSA's reputation for customer service is pretty good.

Whether you buy that insurance or another company -- you are wise to get insurance. You never know if you will need to use it.

 

Just be certain to read the fine princt for exclusions.
