Gym on Noordam

Hi All,

 

Can someone please share information about the gym on the Noordam? I am interested in the free weights, cardio machines and music/tv options provided. I workout regularly and don't want to slack off while cruising. :)

There are free weights and weight machines, a fairly wide range. There are treadmills, bikes, cross trainers. These have TVs on them, but you need a head set.

 

There is overhead or background music.

We love the individual tv's on the treadmills. :)

DH always packs his own headsets for all the ships.

A couple lof ships that we were on -- most of the headsets were broken.

I bring my ipod when I go. I need as much distraction as possible when I work out:D. When I'm at home I have the TV on without sound and my ipod on.
