Southampton cruise hotel and parking

Can anyone recommend a good hotel near Southampton port that offers parking for the duration of an 11 day cruise in January.

Holiday Inn is the nearest hotel to the port and I believe they offer cruise and park rates. Would not leave it much longer before booking. Car parking area is not unlimited. There is car parking at the port but no idea of the charges. Holiday Inn claim to have the lowest rates available on their website so that would be the place to start.

Mike- the H.I. is handy for the docks, esp if you're on Indy because she moors next to it.

The Novotel offers stay and park (next to the railway station), and I believe the De Vere, across the road from H.I does the same.
