Cheapest way to get to Cabbage Beach

Can I catch a Jitney to Cabbage Beach or do I have to take a taxi?

25-30 min. walk would be the cheapest.:D Sections of this beach have been closed for unsafe conditions. Junkanoo Beach is closer and a doable walk.

$ 4 cab, or $3 water taxi (with a 10 minute walk to the beach).

Jitneys are not allowed on Paradise Island.

 

Cabbage beach has been very rough this season and red flagged quite a bit (closed).

 

Junkanoo beach is just outside of downtown and a 10 minute walk from the pier.
