outdoor pool in April cruise

I need some advice to choose Caribbean cruise between ruby princess and Caribbean princess.

Both sail at April 8th. Caribbean sails from san juan and Ruby from fort Lauderdale. I have two kids at age of 3 and 8. Both kids love swimming pool activity. Does anyone know if lido outdoor pool’s water temp will be warm enough to swim comfortable in early April on ruby princess?

And do you think which ship has better food and service? Any advice will be appreciated.

Just an FYI, your 3YO must be 100% potty-trained to use the pool; no swim diapers. Same for the Youth Center.

The two ships will probably have the same menus and buffet items. They are stocked identically. The main difference will be the Chef and prep as each prepares the same dish a little differently.
