JMHAM1 Posted January 10, 2012 #1 Share Posted January 10, 2012 I have not been able to find the answer to this....If I purchase the bar setup of rum it is only the alcohol. Is it ok if I bring onboard a bottle of strawberry daiquiri mix? I have a really small bullet type blender as well. I don't want to be brought down to the naughty room for mixers. Thanks all! Rare sparks1093 Posted January 10, 2012 #2 Share Posted January 10, 2012 Best way to bring them onboard is in your carry-on because I'm sure someone will want to look at them. Will they make it through? I'm going to guess "maybe" depending how long the security person wants to look at the label;).
NengEuis Posted January 10, 2012 #3 Share Posted January 10, 2012 We brought Sour Mix aboard the POA with no problem. I had it in the wine carrier with the wine. Plan on doing it again in a couple weeks! :)
Carnac767 Posted January 10, 2012 #4 Share Posted January 10, 2012 We've done it on all our NCL cruises--tonic water, bloody mary mix, and club soda. Never had a problem.
Ask4Jay Posted January 10, 2012 #5 Share Posted January 10, 2012 I don't see why NCL would object. They are not selling any mixes onboard, do they? So you are not denying them any revenue. Cheers! via iPod touch and Tapatalk.
jdvmd Posted January 11, 2012 #6 Share Posted January 11, 2012 No problem. I know several who have brought sugar free mixers.
bakerintn Posted January 11, 2012 #7 Share Posted January 11, 2012 "mixers" that contain alcohol (ie, vermouth, bitters, ginger beer) probably won't be allowed.
