Question for anyone who's been on Fascination

We'll be on the Fascination in a few weeks (first time on Carnival. I read a review where someome said that only the buffet was open for breakfast and lunch. I find that hard to believe but is it true?

 

If anyone frequents the casino, can you tell me if there are machines with Keno, and if there are, did you notice if they have Caveman Keno? Are there lots of penny machines (for my 90 yr old mother)?

 

Last question, I think I read that there are no hairdryers in the cabins (we're in an outside). Is that correct? Are there mini-fridges in the cabins.

It's been almost two years so my memory may fail me...but I remember the buffet being open for all three meals.

 

Don't remember if there was keno, but there were penny machines (with minimum required bets).

 

I think no hair dryers, but I'm pretty sure our cabin (6B) did not have a ffridge.

Thanks nchikk. I knew the buffet was open for all three meals. The review I read said that the only choice for breakfast and lunch was the buffet. Usually one MDR is open too. That was my question.

MDR is open for breakfast every morning,and for lunch on sea days.

Don't recall seeing any keno.

No hair dryers. I don't remember seeing Keno either. There are a decent amount of penny slots.

Check the Game-King machines in the Casino. On the Legend and Inspiration, Keno was one of the games. I am not quite sure if they have Cave Man or not but they did have a few different types of Keno games.

 

LOL, My Mom is 81 and Keno is her game too. :)

We love the Fascination! No Keno. progressive slot machines

No hair dryers in standard cabins-

MDR open for Dinners and Breakfasts and Lunch on Sea Days.

Lunch on Lido-all days

Breakfast on Lido-all days

We prefer to eat as many meals as we can that are served in the MDR-less stress-no wait for table-great service, there may not be as many "choices" but we enjoy the atmosphere of lunch served in the MDR.

Have a great time on the Fascination-I just tried talking my DH into switching from the Legend to another cruise on the Fascination, but was told NO!
